Micke Prag
Embedded software engineer by profession, electronics designer by hobby. I build devices end to end: schematic, PCB, firmware and the software around them.
About Me
I've been building connected electronics for over twenty years. From 2005 to 2021 I was founder and CTO of Telldus Technologies, a smart home electronics company, where I worked across the whole product: firmware, apps, backend and frontend.
Since 2021 I've been a senior embedded software engineer at Orbital Systems. I work closely with the electronics team on hardware bring-up, low-level drivers and system architecture, mostly in C/C++ on STM32 and ESP32.
At home I design my own boards in KiCad and write their firmware, also in Rust. All my hobby projects are open source. I work best hands on, with the real hardware on the bench, not just on paper.
